By way of brief background, I graduated from The University of Florida College of Law in 1991. In 2003, I became certified by the Supreme Court as a circuit civil mediator. I became Board Certified in construction law in 2005 when the certification was first offered. Over the past 20 years, I have litigated a broad array of cases including personal injury lawsuits, business and property disputes and complex multi-party construction cases. I was selected to Super Lawyers in 2006. Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.
For my services as a construction law or business litigator, my hourly rate is $295/hour.
For my services as a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, please note the following:
- My rate is $295/hr, and I do not charge to travel.
- I do not charge a cancellation fee, including cancellations made on the day of a mediation. I fully recognize that circumstances change constantly and quickly in litigation, and I understand the necessity that a mediator must be flexible in this regard.
- You may schedule mediations through my office or by using my booking calendar below. The calendar allows you to instantly check availability and request dates.
- I have office space available in Tampa and Gainesville for your mediations if necessary.
